Your Complete Guide to the Wheel of Life Bring balance back to your life.
No matter what stage of life you’re in, you might sometimes feel a tug - a feeling that something is off or not in alignment. You might feel like “something” is missing, yet you can’t quite place the reason. Although this is totally normal, uncovering what’s causing this feeling can be an overwhelming task. Today I’d like to introduce a fantastic tool to support you on this discovery journey: The Wheel of Life. This exercise allows you to define what is important to you and what success and fulfillment in each life area looks and feels like to you. If you were to pause for a moment and consider how the wholeness of your life is feeling currently, what would come up for you? Prioritizing the time to reflect on how your current life situation is impacting your life at large can be an eye-opening experience. I use this tool as a starting place with my clients so they can zoom out from their day-to-day lives and reflect on its entirety holistically. My clients can then clarify what they deem crucial and how they have been tending to each area. From there, they can decide if there are areas that could use more attention and others that can take a back seat for the time being. Let’s get started, shall we?🔮 Download the Wheel of Life exercise hereWhat is the Wheel of Life? The Wheel of Life represents your life - with eight to ten pillars that make up your wholeness.
